Meeting Rooms / Banquet Facility

The Clubhouse Banquet/Meeting Facility is available for Business Meetings or Social Gatherings for up to 325 people, perfect for that Dream Wedding Reception. All rooms have huge picture windows overlooking the golf course. There's even a raised deck that overlooks the #6 green and the #10 tee box. Let our catering department take care of all your Food and Beverage needs.

A special "Wedding Information Packet" is available.

Meeting Rooms are booked as “Meet & Eat” in the same room. Meeting rooms are set without linens. A charge of $4.00 per meeting table will apply if linens are requested. If a Break Out or separate Dining Room is requested, you will be charged the full price of the second room. *Disc. W/Food applies with a Lunch or Dinner meal being served. Pop and Snacks, alone, do not qualify for the *Disc. W/Food. A deposit and booking agreement is required to reserve the Full Banquet Facility for meetings. This deposit is susceptible to the Cancellation Policy listed on the Booking Agreement.

Food and Beverage Policy ~ Confirmed (guaranteed) counts must be received 72 hours or 3 business days prior to function date. If a confirmed count is not received, we will assume the count to be the anticipated number given to us as indicated on the Booking Agreement. The final bill will reflect the confirmed number given or the total number served, whichever count is greater. All food and beverage must be purchased through Marshall Golf Club.

Social Events are booked as Casual to Formal dining events and/or Wedding Receptions. All Social Events require a booking agreement be signed between the function coordinator and a representative from the Marshall Golf Club. All social event rooms will include any linen tablecloths and napkins, glassware, flatware, china, and/or stemware available and necessary for the event. A deposit and booking agreement is required to reserve the Banquet Facility. This deposit is susceptible to the Cancellation Policy listed on the Booking Agreement.

Gratuity does not apply to Room Rental fees. All prices subject to change 90 days prior to all functions.

All food and beverages consumed in a function room must be purchased through the Marshall Golf Club.

All Rental fees include water, coffee, milk and hot tea. All rental fees include responsibility of set up and clean up of function by the Marshall Golf Club. Refer to terms and conditions agreement for all Marshall Golf Club policies applied to Social Events.

All Social Events must provide a Credit Card and sign a Booking Agreement to reserve a Banquet Room at the Marshall Golf Club.
